Nell Yperifanos joined Luxus Manhattan Realty in April 2008 after meeting Susan Csikos, Luxus Manhattan founder and Licensed New York Real Estate Broker, through the Lighthouse International NYC Women’s Committee, of which they are both members. Nell brings a rich, varied cultural and professional background to her role at Luxus Manhattan. Originally from Bryan, Texas, Nell spent much of her life dividing time between New York City and Athens, Greece, after marrying the late Nico Yperifanos with whom she has a daughter, Alexandra.
During that time Nell built a very successful international Greek jewelry export business selling to up-scale jewelers and department stores throughout the United States. Through this venture Nell built a deep network of international and domestic business contacts. Later Nell, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Texas, decided to pursue another of her passions and opened the Carminel Gallery in New York. A customer and real estate developer suggested Nell pursue the placement of "Art in Public Places" and obtain a New York real estate license to enhance her business while further strengthening her network of contacts. Nell has held that license for 25 years.
In 2001, Nell introduced Lotus Arts de Vivre, internationally renowned Asian jewelers, to the USA, directing all marketing and business activities through which she expanded her international outreach while overseeing the USA/Bahamas/Cayman Islands.
Presently Nell focuses her energy full-time on real estate, while helping buyers and renters find ideal homes throughout Manhattan. Her multi-lingual (English, Greek, Spanish and French) abilities and network of international contacts have afforded her the opportunity to work with clients from a wide range of nationalities. She enjoys both the challenges and rewards of assisting individuals in achieving their real estate goals in New York City!
