Susan Csikos began her real estate career in New York city in the late 90's working with a prominent brokerage house in mid-town Manhattan. The firm specialized in residential sales and rentals of co-ops, condominiums and condops throughout the metro area. In 2003, Susan was asked to join one of the top residential sales teams in Manhattan. Together they represented an extensive number of buyers and sellers both locally and from other countries. This experience and an entreprenurial spirit and background culminated in her opening her own brokerage in late 2005. Luxus Manhattan Realty was formed as a boutique independent real estate firm with the goal of providing customized real estate services for its clients. The team of agents has a wide breath of experience and information including international accounting, law, marketing and even interior design.
Prior to her real estate career, Susan developed, designed and supervised manufacturing of an extensive line of high quality fashion accessories under the name of Csikos International. These were sold throughout the United States, Canada, and in international boutique chains through luxury resort hotels. She resided and worked in France, Hungary, Taiwan and Germany. This experience gave her the first-hand knowledge of what it takes to move to a new city or country and she has been able to use that experience to help clients sell a property or discover the home of their dreams. Foreign languages spoken include French, German and Hungarian.
Florida is another state with plenty of beauty and attractions for part-time and full time residents. Having her Florida Real estate license Susan is also affiliated as a Broker Associate with Market America Realty in Southwest Florida. With the wide range and number of choices in properties, it is important to have a savvy real estate professional. Whether it is a prewar co-op, downtown Manhattan loft, beach front property, a home in a golfing community or a river side condominium, Susan works diligently in sorting through the vast array of properties available to find the best value and the most suitable home for her clients.
